Billing questions
How does billing work?
Licences are billed yearly. Payment, invoicing and any applicable sales tax or VAT are handled by our payment partner, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are shown in US dollars. Paddle may display your local currency at checkout and will show the exact amount before you confirm.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Contact us and we will move you to the larger plan, charging only the difference for the remainder of your term.
How do I cancel?
Cancel the renewal any time from the link in your Paddle receipt, or email us and we will do it for you. Your licence stays active until the end of the paid term.
Do you offer refunds?
