Refund and Cancellation Policy

A 14-day money-back guarantee, and how to cancel a renewal.

Last updated: September 19, 2026

We want StorePOS to be right for your shop. If it is not, we would rather give your money back than keep it. This policy explains exactly how that works.

1. The 14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase, for any reason. You do not need to justify the request. We will not ask you to jump through hoops.

We do ask one thing: if the reason is something broken or missing, please tell us first. Most problems are fixed the same day, and we would rather fix your problem than lose you as a customer. But the refund is yours either way.

2. What is covered

The guarantee applies to the first purchase of any StorePOS licence — Standard, Premium or Agency.

3. What is not covered

We may decline a refund in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Renewal payments. Renewals are announced by email before they are charged and can be cancelled at any time beforehand. If a renewal caught you by surprise and you have not used the new term, contact us anyway — we deal with these case by case and generally refund them.
  • Repeat purchases of a product you have already been refunded once.
  • Abuse of the guarantee, such as buying, downloading, refunding and continuing to use the Software.
  • Requirements you could have checked before buying. StorePOS needs an active WooCommerce installation. Our documentation lists the requirements, and we answer pre-sales questions for free — please use both.

4. How to request a refund

Send us a message through the contact page with:

  • the email address used at checkout;
  • your Paddle order reference (it is on your receipt); and
  • optionally, what went wrong — it genuinely helps us improve the product.

You may also request a refund directly through the link in your Paddle receipt.

5. How long it takes

We approve eligible requests within 2 business days. Once approved, Paddle.com Market Ltd — our merchant of record — processes the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the money in your account. That final step is outside our control.

6. What happens to your licence

When a refund is issued, the associated licence key is deactivated and you must uninstall the Software from any site it was activated on. Access to updates and support ends at the same time.

7. Cancelling automatic renewal

Licences renew every 12 months so your updates and support do not lapse. You can cancel renewal at any time:

  • from the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt; or
  • by asking us through the contact page — we will cancel it for you and confirm by email.

Cancelling stops future charges only. Your licence remains fully active until the end of the term you have already paid for, and the plugin keeps working after that — you simply stop receiving updates and support.

8. Price changes

If we change our prices, your existing renewal price is honoured for your next renewal, and we give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any increase takes effect.

9. Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Because StorePOS is digital content supplied immediately, that right can be waived at checkout — but our own 14-day guarantee above gives you the same protection regardless. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

10. Contact

Anything unclear? Ask us through the contact page before you buy. We would rather answer ten questions than process one refund.
